Mini Sondhi is a graduate in design from the Northern Indian Institute Of Fashion Technology. Her over-fastidious nature and a keen eye for design at the age of eleven made her realise that this is where she belongs. Ever since then there has been no looking back. With no backup plan she went on to pursue a career in designing.

Right after college, she started working with Mr. Manish Gupta was an Assistant designer in the year 2008 till 2009; In 2009 she started "Bling Bling" in Chandigarh, in partnership with her sister. It was later that she proudly launched her own label. Initially in Chandigarh and soon expanding its presence to Delhi. This marked a significant milestone in her career, fueling her ambition and propelling her forward on a path of continuous growth and success.
